Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
If a person from Grand Jury knows the person that is being Indicted and doesnt say anything what could happen to them and the case.

It may very well have tainted the proceedings. If the defense attorney becomes aware of it s/he could probably prevail on a motion to dismiss the indictment.
