if a person is in a halfway house and they escape how much time can they get if caught? There max out time is in dec. 2009

Escaping from custody while serving a sentence is a third degree crime punishable by up to five years in prison. If threats, weapons or other dangerous instrumentality is used to effect the escapte, the offense is a second degree crime, punishable by up to ten years in prison.
