personal accounts hacked

i'm separated and filed for divorce and when i moved out of the house i did a change of address, i had trouble getting into personal accounts online and one day i got a letter was sent from my wife relative to her has a print out of my gas and electric bill information and he send it with my name so it got directed to my new address and wife told me he has my personal info with social and he was accessing my accounts i apply for prevention from id theft and i made a police report to document this incedent but i try to protect my bank and credit accounts but they already broke into and got whatever info they need and before my wife and her relative got a hold of my desktop computer and erased all my passwords and most of my files, i need to know what else i can do to protect my identity and privcy and if i can press charges to stop them from hacking or using my personal accounts?

You need to file a compliant against your wife and her relative with the local police.

You should also make sure that a compliant of identity theft is filed with the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General's Office.
