my ex-wife to be has accessed my personal accounts without my knowledge. She has been using it against me in court. What recourses do I have and can I press charges. What is the law

You could file criminal charges against her or you could file a law suit against her. I assume you already have an attorney, so you may want to meet with him or her first. You can always call me as well to discuss this case.
