Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Personal property damaged
I am not sure if the area of law, I had selected is correct, If not please tell me what type of attorney I need. My nephew scrapped my car and my corn planter is missing. I had my 1959 Desota, and planter stored at my mothers house, with her permission. she had passed away January 31, 2007. What can I do?

I don't think you need an attorney, but you should call the police first and have them sort it out. What state did this happen in?
