Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Certain persons gun charges

Can someone be charged with he certain persons not to carry a firearm charge if they have never had a gun charge in the past and they are now being charged with it for the first time? I was told they can only be charged with the possesion of the gun if it was a first offense.

If you have a prior felony and you now possess a gun, you'll get his with CP. This is a very serious charge. Get a good attorney ASAP.
