Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Plantiff drops charges
Ex filed charges of harassment for a couple of phone calls family judge through it out. Then just before the hearing for harassment . Ex plantiff drops the charges. . After i had spent money for attorney. Can i sue him for malicious prosection. I lost 2 months off work. From this ordeal
