Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Pleading Guilty even when your not.

How can I go after the Pros. office for illegal prosecution. and why can't I find an attorney who will help me. I plead guilty in order to stay out of jail. This was a Political execution. They tampered with evidence and sent out side agencies to harrass my family. The Judge was even involved I couldn't win a motion if Jesus Christ himself testified. Detectives lied thru their teeth and the Judge knew it they couldn't even get their stories right and they won. What do I do?

Clearing one's name? Retribution?

(1) Appeal. That's your only legal avenue.Other than your accusations -- which may indeed be true --you don't say a word about what the case was abot . . . so, truly, no more advice than "appeal" can be given.
