pls help

how would i know that a loitering charge received in new jersey is going to take two or five year wait to expunge.

Who says that matter whether you have this knowledge or not. Perhaps you are asking a different question. To determine if the loitering conviction is a disorderly persons offense or

a municipal ordinance violation you must call the court where the conviction was entered to discover which of the two kind of violations you pled guilty.
