Re: pls help

If it is a local ordinance loitering charge, 2 years. If it is a Disorderly Persons Offense loitering charge, 5 years. If you are eligible please contact my office to discuss your case. I have done many expungements in the past and can likely help you in your matter. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case, so please give me a call.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: pls help

It should be, at most, five years if the charge was a disorderly person offense. I would be, at most, two years if the charge were a municipal court ordinance violation.

Call me if you like.
