Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
If the police seize vehicle that was not the persons they where investigating and i had no knowlege of them driving it how do i get it back? And the title insurance and registration are all in my name.

You should contact the police and advise that the vehicle was used without your knowledge and ask that the vehicle be returned. Their response will give you direction as to how you should proceed and as to whether you require the services of an attorney.

You need to talk to the police and possibly report the vehicle was stolen ( unauthorized use ).
