Possesion of burgurly tool
What level of charge is this? Is it a felony? I had the charged dissmissed but i have to provide the answer for employment

In New Jersey burglary is usually a third degree crime. In other states crimes are called felonies. You might consider having your arrest record expunged. I would be glad to help you.
