Re: possesion and paraphanialia charges

Each case is unique, and each person's situation is unique as well. If you have a prior drug conviction or prior conditional discharge then you are not eligible for a conditional discharge. Possession of marijuana and paraphernalia is a violation of the New Jersey Criminal Code and carry jail terms of up to 6 months on each charge. There may be ways to actually beat the charge against you, but I would need to get more information from you. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: possesion and paraphanialia charges

I've been doing this for more than 15 years, and I can tell you that unless there is something seriously wrong in your background, there is no way this should be a major problem that would involve jail.

I have very reasonable rates, and would like to represent you. Please write back to [email protected] to discuss terms.
