possesion of perscription drugs (adderall)

i leave june 24th and come back august 30th, i would like to know if iam able to get a court date in may and if i can plead guilty what is the minimum punishment for possesion of adderall?

Pleading guilty would expose you to a mandatory drivers license suspension, give you a criminal record as well as other unpleasant things. You are PROBABLY facing a 3rd degree charge with a maximum jail sentence of 5 years.

If you have a clean record, you may be able to get out of this without any jail time, without a suspension, without even a criminal record. Don't plead guilty without speaking to a lawyer first!

You may be able to get into court in May, like you want. That will also be easier to arrange with a lawyer.

The "minimum penalty" is going to depend a lot on how you work things out. Again, call a lawyer.
