Possession of marijuanna in NJ

I was arrested for pession of marijuanna in NJ. It was my first offense and it was less than 50 grams. I am supposed to move to florida this week but my court date is not for 2 weeks. I know if I get probation I can't leave the state. Is there any way i can still move on time.
