possession of weed and drug paraphinilia
I am only 17 and i was inthe passenger seat of my friends car. He was pulled over and the officer smelt weed. I bowl used for smoking was partially hidden under the seat and the officer arrested both of us even know the bowl was not mine. Will i be able to get out of these charges?

You may have a defense to this charge if your friend is willing to admit the marijuana was his and not yours. If you haven't already told your parents about this, please do so now. You can't even go to court as a minor without your mom or dad coming with you. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail, or have your parents contact me.
