Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I pressed criminal charges against my husband / felonies . he was arrested and released on bail based on the probable cause on the complaint. he was arraigned in the municipal court. when i called the municipal court they said they sent the case to superior court.

Does this mean they are pursuing the charges?

Does this mean the charges have been pressed?

does this mean prosecutor is willing to fight the case for me?

how long before i hear about a court date?
