Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

probation, i need help

i'm on probation in new jersey for posession, its been transfered to phila i just have to sign the papers, the problem is i was arrested for assault, aggrivated assault and a couple other charges, they r trumped up being i wasnt there when it happened. so i guess my question is should i inform my p.o. and what will he do when i tell him?

Were the assult charges made at the same time as the possession charges? Are they new? Are they in NJ or PA?

Answer any questions from your PO, and don't volunteer any, hear me, ANY additional information.

If they are new charges, make sure you make all court appearances. Failure to do so will likely be a violation of your parole.
