It is all a matter of the conditions of your sentence, but I would think that you have the right to object to ingesting a drug, especially if there is no information as to possible side effects. I would think that you could go back to court and raise your objection to taking the judge by filing a motion with the Court. It is important that you understand that it is not enough to refuse to take the drug, you must seek to have the judge consider your objection to taking the drug by filing papers with the Court in short order.
Call me if you like.
