What is the process for having your criminal record expunged? I last committed a crime in 2000.

The process can be rather complicated. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss it.

You may be eligible for an expungement, but I would need to discuss your criminal history in more detail. The rules for getting an expungement are pretty restrictive when it comes to eligibility. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
