Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Was this a proper reciept for items siezed during search?

According to the warrant, if any items were siezed, I was to be handed a copy of the warrant, and a reciept for all items siezed. Before the search was finished, the investigator in charge had me brought to the police station to make ''a voluntary statement'' (If it was voluntary, why did I have no choice in going down to the station?)

When I returned home, the search was over, and a copy of the warrant and an inventory list had been handed to my sister. (A neighbor called her to come secure the house after I'd been taken away.)

The inventory list was on a form for a reciept for siezed items, but almost none of the information was filled out, and it was not signed or dated. The only things filled out were my name as the owner of the siezed items, and the investigator's name as the one whose affidavit requested the warrant. He was at the station with me, so neither one of us were there to verify the list, and I know no other names of the officers involved. My sister was not present during the actual search.

I am missing items that were not on the ''reciept,'' but the only one that I am reasonably sure was taken in the search was probably an oversight. It was inside another item which was listed.
