The prosecutor is not allowed to mislead a grand jury. You would only be able to know what occurred by reading the Grand Jury Minutes. However, getting an indictment dismissed for prosecutorial misconduct is extremely difficult to do. How would you know what occurred in the Grand Jury proceedings (they are Private), unless you were part of it. The standard to attack a Grand Jury Indictment is difficult and the prosecutor has a wide range of discretion. Feel free to call with any other questions (201)-894-9498
