Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Can a prosecutor in a municipality and county, who prosecuted for domestic violence complaint for the victim plaintiff male against the def. female, now as an attorney represent that defendent female in another municipality same county for a civil family court, she is losing custody of kids, and another count - criminal court for a violation of a DV restraining order in another county? Isn't this a confidant vs. adversary situation?

I think that you question is a little unorganized. I believe that the question has to do with a municipal court prosecutor who prosecuted a defendant in a town in one county representing her

on a related family court matter involving a violation of a related domestic violence order. There seems to be a conflict. You should call me to make sure that I fully understand your question.
