what is the right of the prosecutor to require the defendant�s involuntary medication treatment?

You have not provided the specifics of your situation. Generally, the Court may require medication of a defendant as a condition of his release from confinement, if a physician testifies, under oath, that the medication is the only reliable means of protecting society against what the defendant may do without the medication. The prosecutor may REQUEST this requirement of defendant's release from confinement.
