There are various offenses and it depends on how it is charged. Have you been charged with a crime? If so, you should speak with an attorney ASAP.

Each case is unique so no one definite answer can be given, but in general you could be facing fines of hundreds of dollars or higher as well as jail time, possibly for 90 days or more.
