Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I have a question about an incident that happened to one of my family members. This family member works in a casino and has been harassed verbal but can not really get proof because he cant bring a recorder because he has to wear a jump suite due to he deals with money. This has been happening for a while but can't do anything but most recent he was working and over heard the supervisors that have been harassing him, plot to hurt him. He said that he heard one man tell another woman if she "had it" and then she patted her pant pockets. The man then replied with "we'll finally take care of this problem." After my family member and his co-workers went into a room where the money is, the two supervisors told each other to "do it now, this the perfect time." When he was saying this he made the gesture of shooting a gun. My family member then said that a cashier came out of no where in the room and believed that if it wasn't for that cashier, he would of been hurt really bad. So the question now is, what kind of lawyer/attorney would he need and what could he do?

Call the cops. These people are making what are called in the law "Terroristic Threats", which is a criminal violation.
Go to the local police--also is there video surveillance in the room where this happened....?
Or State Police---but don't wait for something to happen.....
