Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
hello my question is while in a jury trial can you ask the court for different counsel due to incompetent representation, If not when can you advise the court of the incompetence?

Once a jury trial starts you csnnot clsim incimpetemce of counsel. Your choice would be to appeal (if convicted) on that basis.
