Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I received an email communication from a former employer insisting I had access to another former employees email and that if I do not turn it over they will be filing criminal charges against me with the local police for theft of corporate data. (I do not have access to this email btw) Can I file a criminal complaint against my former employer for attempted extortion
