Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

is this right?

i never received a letter in the mail about a warrant I had and cops came to my house at 3:30 am, my father just walked in and i wasn't supposed to be there. So my father said no she isn't here, they put him in cuffs right away. I was in bed, didn't know anything. I heard yelling, I came out of my room n the lady cop was coming up, I left my door open and was getting dressed. I knew there was nothing I can do once they were there. So she came in my room and i said I'm right here. I was putting my leg into my jeans. There charging my father with hiding me, me hiding in the closet. And they also were threatening to call dyfs on me.. mind you, this is over a fine i didn't make last months payment on. I have never been in trouble in my life. The cop said it's this bad because your husband thought he was a tough guy. He was telling me how much of a peice of shit everyone in my house is and how much he would of fucked my husband up.. I wasn't saying anything to him because i was afraid he was gonna call dyfs so he just kept saying stuff and then he said again I should go back and lock everyone up and call dyfs. SOoo I finally said why r you acting like a scumbag to me I'm not doing anything. he said your a fucking cunt! Are they allowed?

Re: is this right?

This is one of those case where there is six of one thing and half a dozen of another. You and your father should not have hidden you and the police should not have talked in that manner.

It seems that over one missed fine payment you have gotten into considerable trouble and need the services of an attorney.

Call me if you like.

Re: is this right?

No, the police should never talk to anybody like this. However, I don't understand what DYFS has to do with this matter. In addition to this, you don't say why there was a warrant out against you. I need to speak with you to get more details before I can give you a full answer on your case. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
