Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I received a letter stating: Complaints have been dismissed by this office as part of the resolution of a related case involving all for defendants. I am still not have completed my 1 year of PTI and I have still not paid all of my restitution. Does this mean I no longer have to fulfill these requirements?
