Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I received a summon for underage gambling on a one penny slot machine. I have a clean record work full time, and go to class full time is there any way around the 6 month license loss? is there any PTI like programs? if i loos my license iam going to loos my job and be homeless

Sometimes teh courts will cut someone like you a break--it seems ludicrous that you should be thrown to the wolves on something like this. There are normally diversionary programs that can be utilized. It is best to have a lawyer in a case like this.
