Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I received a ticket of complaint for harassment and the court required is checked on the ticket. I called to enter my plea of not guilty but the officer told me I couldn't do that over the phone, even though the ticket says to, he said I had to wait for the day of court, but the ticket states to let them know my intentions 7 days prior, I'm confused should I call back ?
