Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I received a ticket for urinating in public and I am a college senior who absolutely does not want this on my record in any way. It happened in fort lee, nj and I have to appear in court on October 14. Please let me know if I need an attorney for this or not, first time offender with very clean record.
