Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I received today letter in mail from law office representing a known nutrition sale company. Letter is stating that someone with my personal info name/address and multiple email address was creating number of new accounts to fraudulently generate 20% off coupon code for first order. Coupons were redeemed for hundreds of dollars before discovery. Its clearly stating that this is against terms and conditions of creating account, and for fraudulent activity to stop else they will prosecute to the fullest extent of law. They also googled information provided on acct (my name) and found out that I work for one of their client. Similar letter was sent to my manager. Now this is a tough position for me as I am not involved in this, I do not have any idea who/why would use my name to do and if theyll do it again.

Question for attorney: Do I need to respond to this letter clarifying my position and that it has nothing to do with me? If so, would I need to hire an attorney for it or to come from me directly?
