Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I was recently charged with 2C:35-10A(1) (possession of cds, 2 & 1/4 oxycodone) and 39:4-49.1 (possession of cds in motor vehicle). I've had no prior convictions, two speeding tickets. I'm thinking the conditional release is the best option, and I've also gotten a lawyer. I was given advice, but I would also like a second opinion. With the terms of the conditional release... do you believe they will also dismiss the ticket for the motor vehicle charge? What do those charges result in in terms of probation/drug tests/etc?

The typical arrangement is that the motor vehicle charge is dismissed when you successfully

complete the probation supervision required as a condition of first offender treatment.
