Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I recieved a complaint for Bad Check from my landlord. I had moved before recieving this complaint and missed my court hearing. I would like to know how to either fix this and or pay the fines. I was evicted due to roommate issues and rather than paying the last months rent, he kept my security deposit. I did not purposely give a faulty check nor did I intend to keep payment. I just want this issue released, warrant freed and if possible, off my record. Had I gone to court, landlord would have had no proof of my supposed faulty check. I now have been considered guilty.

Don't be an idiot and so lazy. Call the Court and advise why youy missed court. Have the warrant withdrawn and go to court and deal with this problem. Otherwise you will find that not even CVS or McDonald's will hire you
