I recieved a summons for urinating in secaucus nj for urinating in public t.d 106-1 what are the penalites and what should i do about it

It would seem to be a municipal ordinance. Usually the maximum sentence could be thirty days and a $500.00 fine. You shoudl get a copy of the ordinance from the town clerk
