how do i get something off my record
I have a burghley in the thired i was convicted in Dec of 2006 I know you have to wate 10 years to get off your record is there any way to get it off sooner

I have to disagree with Mr. Begley, you have to wait 10 years.
However, there are other ways such as a PCR. There are pro's and con's with that though and it is nothing you should jump into. I suggest you speak to an attorney first before doing anything.

If you have no other felony convictions, I believe after probation, he can petition for expungment.
