Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
can i get my record clean.i was convicted in1986 for rec,g stolen property.an in1991 i was convicted of a simple assault an then in 2002 i was convicted of health care claim fraud.an went to jail for nine month.

Probably not, since it sounds like you have two superior court convictions. In addition to this, on the most recent 2002 charge, you have to wait 10 years after you complete your sentence before you can even apply for an expungement.
