Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Recorded Statement
If someone wrote a statement that says that a co-defendant wasn't envolved in a situation, is it likley that the other person will get off if he takes all blame on himself. Not only that There a recorded statement as well. Is it possible that because of the 2 statements, the prosecutor can espulticate/dismiss her?

Re: Recorded Statement
Can? Yes. Will, probably not. It depends on the situation and I wouldn't bank on it. I suggest you get an attorney to fight for you. Until the other person pleas out, you will be along for the ride and even afterwards, a dismissal isn't always likely.
My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
