Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I know someone who has had a relative work for them for years for free. However, he has recorded a salary for them when filing taxes for his business, having W2's sent and everything. This sounds illegal, but is there anything I can do about it? Can the employee do anything, or is the employee also accountable for allowing it?
