Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

How do I request a probable cause hearing in municipal court?

I received a complaint summons signed by a private citizen, the path was administered by a patrolman and was charged with harassment. However, the complaint does not reflect if probable cause was determined and who signed/determined probable cause. The compliant stated P.C. Written Statement. I was subsequently arraigned and no one in the court or police department or could answer the above question. Can and how do I request a probable cause hearing in municipal court?

You can and should have an attorney do all of this for you. This charge is just as serious as if a police wrote it.
