If I pay full restitution, is there any change that my charges are dropped?

Re: Restitution
The mistake that defendants make is that they wait to see if paying restitution will help them with
their case. The waiting makes the restitution less indicative of their regret for doing the act. Pay the restitution; it will help you with your case in some way.
Be careful how you make the payment. Do not approach the victim because the approach may be
misunderstood. Use your lawyer to pay the restitution.
