I saw the pictures and read her report it is so obvious that she scratched herself what steps do we need to take in order to overturn this? what do we need to show that she is a liar? how can we prove that she has lied? she did all this so she can get the house to herself and have an uper hand on the divorce. please help!

Re: Restraining order HELP!

There will be a final restraining order hearing where the judge will hear the entire story. You may bring and question witnesses and use any other relevant evidence. You can also cross-examine adverse witnesses and challenge the other side's evidence. In essence, it is a mini-trial and you should really hire an attorney for it.

Unfortunately, making accusations like this is a common practice used in pre-divorce cases. If you need help, feel free to call.

You must hire an attorney who is a trial lawyer and who has tried many domestic violence cases. I am your man.

Call me if you like.

Re: Restraining order HELP!

Very simple. Call an attorney as soon as possible to fight this. I assume he has a court this week, so an attorney needs to be hired by Monday the latest.

I'll be around all day today, so feel free to call me at 732/247/3340.
