Re: restraining order

You will have to appear in New Jersey for the final hearing. You can prepare for the hearing from where you are. You might call me to discuss your case. I expect that you are referring to a

complaint filed against you pursuant to the New Jersey Prevention of Domestic Violence Act.

Re: restraining order

I would need to know more details of your case, but essentially the only way to fight a restraining order is to appear in court to fight it. If it is a Temporary restraining order, then you would go to court (In New Jersey) to fight against a Permanenet restraining order being issued against you. If it is a permanent restraining order, then you have to file a motion to get the restraining order lifted. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. I would like to discuss your case in more detail. Please call me at 908-272-0111 to discuss this. There is never any charge for simply discussing a case with me. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
