What rights do I lose being a convicted felon
1988 I was convicted of counterfieting and recieved a
1 year sentence.I was told that with a 1 year sentence
there was no loss of rights.But 1year and a day you lose all your rights.True or false.
since this was a Fedeal crime and I served 10 months
in jail how could I apply for an expongement or pardon.
