As Mr. Moore said, this is impossible. First, having a prior record isn't going to help. Second, if the facts on your side were really that good, would you ever be charged in the first place? I suggest you get a good attorney to fight this and only then can you be sure that you have done everything you could to beat this case.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 and we can discuss the case.

If you didn't do it then you need to plead Not Guilty and hire a lawyer to represent you. These are serious charges and you are facing the possibility of doing real jail time if you are convicted. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts in New Jersey in the past. Please call me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

It depends on all the facts and circumstances, you age; prior juvenile court history; whether anyone was injured, etc.

I would expect that you have an attorney, perhaps

a public defender. Ask you attorney. If you have

no attorney you need to get one.

Call me if you like.
