is there a time frame in excersing a search warrant

The search warrant is supposed to state the dates and time of day that it authorizes the search.

Just to add to Mr. Moore's comments, even if they do it after the date on the warrant, it does not mean that the evidence will get thrown out. I suggest you get a good attorney to worry about legal issues like this.
