Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I have been searching laws for days and can not find anything, I need to know I bailed my niece out of Jail it was a $35,000 bond 10% needed so $3,530 I payed a down payment of $930 owing $2,600. They have been taking $100 per week for 11 weeks so the balance is $1,500. The bail has since been exonerated because the case is over, I fell behind 3 payments due to being laid off can they arrest my niece due to being late? also they came to my house and left threatening phone messages saying I owe $2,380 and its going to collections. Can this go into collections after only 3 weeks and can they add almost $1,000? everywhere I look there are laws for the bondsmans rights where do I find out about my rights.

The bondsmen are trying to survive. Bailing out people charge with crimes can be a risky business. Talk to them and reassure them. When they do not hear from you they tend to conclude that they are dealing with more scum.
