These are serious charges and could involve jail time. You need to engage counsel right away and go through all of the facts.

You are looking at very serious criminal charges with potential of a jail term. You need to hire a criminal defense attorney as soon as possible. You may qualify for a conditional discharge. I can be reached at 201/646/9600.

Depends on where it is, who your attorney is, etc. Your parents should get you a good attorney. Have them call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
Re: sentence for crime?
Your case belongs in juvenile court because you are charged with criminal offenses and are under the age of 18. A motion should be made to transfer the traffic cases to juvenile court with the criminal charges. I see a conditional discharge if you are a firwt offender.
Call me if you like.

Re: sentence for crime?
As a juvenile your case will be heard in the Superior Court of the county you live in. The Xanax charge is a crime (felony) and the pot charge is a Disorderly Persons Offense (misdemeanor). The other tickets are traffic offenses. You are looking a doing juvenile jail time and losing your right to drive for several years. You need to be represented by a lawyer in this matter. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me, or have your parents contact me, to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
